A bold Assam leaf with rich molten goodness is paired with freshly hulled cocoa shell from our friends at Jasper and Myrtle handmade Chocolate. Their signature PNG cocoa bean is ethically sourced by their team and roasted locally in Canberra. Saving the shell for us, we take this deep and rich flavor and pour it into every batch.
We love giving new life to the cocoa shell, saying goodbye to waste, and hello to a full life for all parts of the cocoa bean.
Brew at 100 degrees for 2 minutes. Perfect with milk or just as it is.
