  • Who makes the tea?

We do, it's our passion. All of our blends and recipes are created in our production studio by our team and they do it all by hand every time.

  • How do you create your blends?

We love this part, it brings us joy. We start by dreaming about the flavour profile we want to create and what we want that blend to taste and feel like. Then we think about it's base, the most prominent tea leaf or ingredient that we'll build this blend around. Then it's time to go exploring...We source, taste and experiment with different tea's. Much like wine, every tea leaf's flavour is heavily influenced by region, terrain and processing after harvest. This influences our thinking as to where in the world we go looking. For instance when we created our signature chai blend 'Vermont Chai' We knew we'd need a malty, full bodied black tea from a region like Assam. It had to be able to compete with all of those spices and big flavours like ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and clove. Tea is one of the world's oldest beverages. So when we go hunting for a new leaf, we are never short for options or history.

  • Where do you source your tea and ingredients?

Globally and even right here in Australia. It's so important to us to find just the right flavour profile when creating our blends. This means going to the right estates, regions and countries every time.

  • Are you ethically conscious of where your ingredients come from?

Absolutely! This always plays a major role in our sourcing and discovering of new ingredients. It's important to us and we know it's important to you.
