Refunds & Exchanges

If there is an error with your order on arrival, or you are dissatisfied with the product in any way please contact us by email at, and we will do our best to promptly assist you.

If deemed necessary we will process a refund, exchange or replacement upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Tea Garden Co is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.

Refunds are made at the discretion of Tea Garden Co and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
